What makes beef such a nutrient powerhouse? Beef is a high-quality protein; its nutrients are important for muscle development, healthy bones, normal metabolism and balanced blood sugar.

  • Studies indicate that protein is more satisfying than carbohydrates and can help people lose or maintain weight - Get Lean with Protein.
