Cheeseburger Soup

Enjoy this quick and easy cheeseburger soup with six ingredients. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef 
  •  1 cup chopped onion 
  •  1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with chili seasoning, drained 
  •  1 pound cheese (Velveeta) 
  •  2 cups lowfat milk 
  •  1/2 to 1 cup chopped dill pickles (optional) 

Cooking:

  1. In 6-quart saucepan, brown ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain.
  2. Add onion, tomatoes, cheese, milk and pickles, stirring to blend.
  3. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
